Endear connects with various platforms to automatically import your customer, product, order, and location data. Each integration imports different types of information depending on its primary function. Understanding what each integration imports helps you choose the right connections for your business needs and set proper expectations for data availability in Endear.
Integration Types: One-Click vs. Custom
One-Click: One-click integrations can be easily configured directly in your Endear settings. These typically include a simple authentication process and work well for standard data mapping with minimal customization needs.
Custom Fields: Standard field mapping
Historical Data: Varies based on the integration, Some platforms limit historical data based on API restrictions
Sync Frequency: Sync automatically at predefined intervals
Custom: Custom integrations often require assistance from the Endear team to setup and configure. It can be a good option when you need custom field mapping or more advanced data transformation options.
Custom Fields: Can support custom fields and/or custom data structures
Historical Data: Can often support more extensive imports of historical datasets
Sync Frequency: Can support custom scheduling requirements, or be triggered as needed
