Data Pulled from Ometria
The following data can be pulled from Ometria into your Endear platform:
1. Products
Contains main product information, descriptions, and catalog data
Corresponds to single product pages with URLs
Includes pricing, availability, and product attributes
Product images and variants (colors, sizes, etc.)
SKUs, brands, and tags
2. Orders
Order details including order number, status, and timestamps
Pricing information (subtotal, tax, shipping, discounts)
Customer email addresses and phone numbers
Billing and shipping addresses
Line items and purchased products
3. Customers
Customer profile information from Ometria
Contact details and identifiers
Purchase history and timestamps
4. Marketing Subscriptions
Email subscription status and preferences
Phone number subscription status (SMS/WhatsApp)

Integration Configuration
The Ometria integration allows you to configure which entities are synced. You can enable or disable syncing for each entity independently.
