The Ometria integration connects your Ometria platform with Endear, automatically syncing customer, order, and product data. This integration enables you to:

  • Access complete customer purchase history

  • View detailed product information & track orders

  • Search and filter customers based on data from Ometria

  • Use data from Ometria to create personalized outreach

Data Pulled from Ometria

The following data can be pulled from Ometria into your Endear platform:

1. Products

  • Contains main product information, descriptions, and catalog data

  • Corresponds to single product pages with URLs

  • Includes pricing, availability, and product attributes

  • Product images and variants (colors, sizes, etc.)

  • SKUs, brands, and tags

2. Orders

  • Order details including order number, status, and timestamps

  • Pricing information (subtotal, tax, shipping, discounts)

  • Customer email addresses and phone numbers

  • Billing and shipping addresses

  • Line items and purchased products

3. Customers

  • Customer profile information from Ometria

  • Contact details and identifiers

  • Purchase history and timestamps

4. Marketing Subscriptions

  • Email subscription status and preferences

  • Phone number subscription status (SMS/WhatsApp)

  • Opt-in/opt-out information

Integration Configuration

The Ometria integration allows you to configure which entities are synced. You can enable or disable syncing for each entity independently.
