Overview
The Yotpo Loyalty integration automatically syncs customer rewards data from your Yotpo Loyalty & Referrals program into Endear, enabling your team to deliver personalized, loyalty-informed experiences. When connected, the integration automatically imports and updates two key data points for each customer:
Yotpo Points Balance - Current loyalty points available for redemption (stored in custom field
yotpo_points_balance)
VIP Tier Status - Customer's current loyalty tier level (stored in custom field
vip_tier_)
Customer profiles update in Endear whenever loyalty data changes in Yotpo, ensuring your team always has the most up-to-date information.
Step-by-Step Guide
The Yotpo integration requires setup by the Endear team. To request integration configuration:
Reach out to the Endear team either through your Account Manager or via chat support.
Provide historical Yotpo points data and Loyalty & Referrals account credentials and API access information to our team.
Reference this guide to get a historical report for the initial import and reference this guide to get your app key & secret key to setup the integration.
Once configured, the integration will sync all loyalty data for customers who exist in Yotpo.
Using Loyalty Data in Endear
Once synced, Yotpo loyalty information appears as custom fields on customer profiles and can be used throughout Endear:
Create Targeted Audiences - Build dynamic audiences based on points balance thresholds or specific VIP tiers to send relevant campaigns
Personalize Messages - Reference points balances or tier status in your outreach to create urgency or acknowledge loyalty
Segment Campaigns - Send exclusive offers to top-tier members or re-engagement messages to customers with expiring points

How often does the data sync?
Loyalty data syncs in real-time.
Can I edit loyalty data in Endear?
No, loyalty data is read-only in Endear. All loyalty program management must be done in your Yotpo dashboard.
Does the Yotpo integration support other fields?
Currently, we primarily sync loyalty tiers and point totals. Please reach out to us if there are other data points you wish to sync.
What if customer emails don't match between systems?
The integration matches customers by email address. If emails differ between Yotpo and Endear, loyalty data won't sync for that customer.
What if the custom fields don't appear after setup?
Custom fields are created automatically during configuration. If they're missing, contact Endear support to verify the integration setup.
