You will need to following information before connecting to Zendesk:
Your Zendesk Subdomain
Username
API Key (You can follow this guide to obtain your API Key)
1. Click on Settings
2. Click on Integrations
3. Click on Add Integration
4. Search and Click on Zendesk
5. Enter your information and click on Connect
