Enable or disable your teams' contact methods
You can easily enable or disable contact methods per team from the Messaging Settings page by following the steps below:
To Enable a Contact Method:
- Click the Settings icon at the bottom-left corner of the page.
- Click Messaging.
- Click the +Add Contact Method button.
- Select Email Address or Phone Number to enter the relevant contact method information.
To Disable a Contact Method:
Note that if you disable a contact method, you will no longer be able to receive messages at that address if and when a customer reaches out.
- Follow steps 1-2 above.
- Click Edit next to the contact method you want to disable.
- Click Disable.
