You can easily enable or disable contact methods per team from the Contact Methods Settings page by following the steps below:
To Create a Contact Method:
Overview:
Click on Settings
Click Contact Methods
Click on Add contact method
Select Email Address or Phone Number to enter the relevant contact method information.
1. Click on Settings
2. Click on Contact methods…
3. Click on Add contact method
4. Select Email Address or Phone Number
To Disable a Contact Method:
Note that if you disable a contact method, you will no longer be able to receive messages at that address if and when a customer reaches out.
Overview:
Click on Settings
Click on Contact Methods
Choose your Contact Method
Under Status click Disable
1. Click on Settings
2. Click on Contact methods…
3. Choose the contact method
4. Click on Disable
Note: The Messaging Settings page shows a list of all locations' contact methods. You can add multiple contact methods per location, but each contact method must be associated with at least one location and cannot be shared across locations.
