Endear allows you to customize individual contact methods, such as Email, SMS, or SalesChat, granting specific users the ability to both view or send messages through their chosen contact methods.
Overview:
Click on Settings
Click on Contact Methods
Choose your preferred contact method
Click on Edit under Access
Choose a Team, Person or Role
Adjust the ability for them to View or Send
