Endear allows you to customize individual contact methods, such as E-mail, SMS, or SalesChat, granting specific users the ability to both view or send messages through their chosen contact methods.
Overview:
Click on Settings
Click on Contact Methods
Choose your preferred contact method
Click on Edit under Access
Choose a Team, Person or Role
Adjust the ability for them to View or Send

6. Adjust the ability to Send or View
