Understanding the Messages page
The Messages page gives you insights into what messages have been sent from all your locations and users
This page tracks the following (may need to use the scroll to see all columns):
- Sent Messages: Outbound messages.
- Converted Messages: Messages that resulted in a purchase.
- Contacted Customers: Customers that have been contacted.
- Converted Customers: Customers who made a purchase after receiving a message.
- Opened Messages: Messages that have been opened by customers.
- Clicked Messages: Customers who clicked at least one link in a message. That may be a lookbook, product, or URL.
- Sent products: Number of products sent.
- Sent Lookbooks: Number of Lookbooks sent.
You can also filter your Messages report by applying filters.
