The Insights page tracks the following information:
Total: The total number of messages received
Is Reply: The number of messages that are replies to a previous message
Is New: The number of messages that started a brand new thread
Received Reply: The number of messages that received a reply from a user
Has Image: The number of messages that included at least one image
Has Attachment: The number of messages that included at least one attachment
Has Asset: The total number of messages that included at least one Story or product
To view Insights
Click on Insights in the left hand side navigation.
