Applies to: All (Users, Managers, & Admins)

From your Conversations tab, you can search through all the messages sent from your location or filter your list of conversations.

1. Click into the Search conversations field.

2. Enter who you're searching for and click Enter on your keyboard.

To search through drafts or templates, click the Drafts or Templates tab in the left menu and repeat your search.

Step 1. From the Conversations tab, click Type or Status to filter your conversations by the type of message or status of a message or click More filters to add more filters.

Step 2. Click on More filters to view more filters

Step 3. Select one of the options to define your filter

4. Click Done once you've added all of your filters.
