Reading Your Messages Sent Over Time Report

The Messages Sent Over Time report gives you insights into how messages from your team are performing and converting

This report tracks the following (you may need to use the scroll to see all of the columns):

  • Total: The total number of messages.

  • Sent: The number of messages sent.

  • Failed: The number of messages that failed to send.

  • Is Reply: The number of messages that are replies to a previous message.

  • Is New: The number of messages that started a brand new thread.

  • Opened: The number of messages that were opened (only email).

  • Clicked: The number of messages that had a link that was clicked.

  • Converted: The total number of messages that led to a purchase.

  • Order Count: The number of orders attributed to these messages (accounting for splits).

  • Total Order Value: The total order value attributed to these messages (accounting for splits).

  • Attributable Amount: The total order value (excluding tax & shipping) attributed to these messages (accounting for splits).

  • Received Reply: The number of messages that received a reply from a customer.

  • Has Story: The number of messages that included at least one Story.

  • Has Product: The number of messages that included at least one product.

  • Has Image: The number of messages that included at least one image.

  • Has Attachment: The number of messages that included at least one attachment.

  • Has Asset: The total number of messages that included at least one Story, product, image, or attachment.

You can adjust your report based on timeline, interval, or filters. You can also control which columns are displayed.
