How do I add a custom field to customer profiles?

Add a custom field to customer profiles

Endear currently offers custom fields for subscribers to the Professional plan and above.
To set up a custom field, please contact us at support@endearhq.com with the name of the field, and the type of field you would like to set up. 
The options for type of field are:
  • Write-in / text 
  • Select from drop-down
  • Yes/No (Boolean)
  • Date
  • URL
  • Number
  • Checkbox

Similar to tags, you'll be able to filter by these fields to build segments. One advantage of creating a custom field over a tag though is you'll be able to control all the potential options a user can pick from.
