Endear allows you take a customer's information from an integration associated with an E-mail or Phone Number and move it to another profile. It will move all of the information except notes and tasks.

Solutions Overview

1. Click on the E-mail or Phone number

2. Click > in the popup window

3. View the customer's profile/integration information to make sure it's correct

4. Click on Change associated customer

5. Click on Create a New Customer (Endear will automatically create it using the information above) or Choose an Existing Customer
