How to bulk edit Marketing Subscriptions

Applies to: Admins

Endear allows you to manage and make mass adjustments to your Marketing Subscriptions. You can unsubscribe them from all E-mail or SMS subscriptions. You can also suppress their information so they can no longer are contacted through SMS or E-mail.

Format your Spreadsheet

Endear needs the following fields to complete the upload. You can map your columns later but will need the following information:

Contact (Required)

E-mail or SMS

Enter the customer's E-mail to unsubscribe their E-mail or their Phone Number to unsubscribe from SMS

Marketing Subscription Status (Required)

Yes or No

Choose Yes to have their subscription active and No to

Occurred at (optional)

Date

Endear will automatically fill this out once it is upload but you can enter your own

Suppression List

Enter the customer's E-mail or Phone Number to suppress that contact

Upload Your Marketing Subscriptions/Suppressions

Overview

1. Click Data and then Marketing Subscriptions

2. Click Import Contacts

3. Click on + Create job

4. Click on Continue

5. Click on Import Data

6. Click on Marketing Consent

7. Upload your spreadsheet

8. Map any columns to the corresponding Template fields and click Continue

9. Review and click on Confirm & Submit

10. Click on Confirm

11. To upload suppressions, click on "Suppressions." Follow the same process as with the main data upload, ensuring that you map the suppression columns to the corresponding template fields. Once completed, click "Continue," review the details, and then select "Confirm & Submit" to finalize the process.
