Endear can pull data and tickets from support platforms like Zendesk or Gorgias. Once integrated you can view customer's tickets and issues.
Click on Data
Click on Support Tickets
Select the Customer you'd like to view the ticket for
Click the Down Arrow next to the ticket to view the entire ticket
1. Click on Data
2. Click on Support Tickets
3. Choose the customer you'd like to see the support ticket for
4. Click the down arrow to view the entire ticket
