Now that you have your support platform integrated into Endear, let's show you what you can do! If you need help installing, learn how to here

  1. Click on Tickets in your left navigation where you are able to see every ticket in your support platform account.

  2. When you click into a customer profile, you can view the tickets specific to that customer.

  3. When you click on the ticket to see more details, you can view within Endear.

Additional Tickets Functions

1. The ability to filter by: Created Date, Updated Date, Ascending, and Descending
