How to Install Your Support Platform

1. Go to Settings and select Integrations

2. Click Add Integration

3. Select your support platform integration. For this example, we are selecting Gorgias

4. Complete your support account details and click Connect. If you need additional help finding your support account details click HERE

5. You are all set and ready to view your support tickets on Endear. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours after initial connection to view all support tickets within Endear.
