In order to connect your Gorgias account you will need to provide the following details:
Subdomain
Username
API Key
How to Find Your Subdomain
The subdomain of your Gorgias account URL
Example: https://yourcompany.gorgias.com/
How to Find Your Username
The email address you use to login to Gorgias
How to Find Your API Key
1. Go the triple dots next to Tickets then click Settings
2. Click on REST API
3. Copy your Password (API Key)
How to create Your API Key
If you haven't already, you can create your API Key. You will need this key, along with your Subdomain and Username to set up your integration in Endear.
1. Go the triple dots next to Tickets then click Settings
2. Click on REST API
3. Click Create API Key to create your API key
4. Copy and paste the Password API Key
