How to view AI Opportunity Engine results as a manager

See your teams' opportunity funnel, trial results and status updates on the AI Opportunities page, scoped to the teams you manage.

Applies to: Managers

Overview

As a manager, you can open the AI Opportunities page to see how AI Opportunity Engine is performing for the teams you manage.

  • Everything on the page is scoped to your teams

  • See what your teams sent, what came back, and the value still open in their queues

  • Callouts explain anything that affects your teams' opportunities, like a trial ending or sends pausing

  • Your brand's admins still control turning the feature on, which journeys run, and send limits

How to open the AI Opportunities page

From the main navigation, select AI Opportunities. The Your teams badge at the top of the page shows which teams the page covers. Select it to see the full list.

What you'll see

  • Opportunity funnel – How many opportunities your teams received, how many they sent, and the replies and purchases that followed

  • Open value – What your teams could still earn by sending the opportunities still open in their queues. Select Copy for your weekly report to paste these results into your own updates

What each callout means

Callouts appear at the top of the page when something affects your teams' opportunities. Most of them don't need any action from you. They tell you why opportunities look the way they do.

  • Your trial ends in 7 days – Your brand's free trial is ending soon. Your admin decides what happens next, so there's nothing you need to do.

  • The free trial has ended – New opportunities have stopped. Your teams' results stay on the page, and you can select Copy for your admin to share them with your admin if you'd like to keep using AI Opportunity Engine.

  • Opportunities are paused – Your admin has paused AI Opportunity Engine. No new opportunities are created, and open ones can't be sent until it's turned back on.

  • Close to your send limit – Your brand is close to its 30-day send limit. See how send limits work.

  • Sends are paused – Your brand has reached its 30-day send limit. New opportunities will appear again when your admin raises the limit or the 30-day period resets.

  • Journeys are turned off – All journeys are turned off for your brand, so no new opportunities are being created.

  • POS disconnected – Your brand's POS integration isn't connected. Your admin has been notified, so there's nothing you need to do.

If AI Opportunity Engine isn't turned on yet

If your brand hasn't turned on AI Opportunity Engine, the AI Opportunities page shows an overview of what it does. Select Email your admin to turn it on to open a draft in your email app, addressed to your brand's admins, with a link to where they can turn it on. Nothing is sent until you send it from your email app.
