Overview
The AI Opportunity Engine uses Endear's AI to identify high-intent customers and generate personalized message drafts for your team to review and send. As an admin, you control whether the feature is active, which outreach journeys are enabled, and which teams receive opportunities.

Choose whether all teams or specific teams receive AI-generated opportunities

Step-by-step guide
1. From the main navigation, select Settings, then select Endear AI.
2. In the Endear AI section, locate the AI Opportunity Engine toggle. Toggle on to green to enable the feature for your brand. You can disable the feature at any time by toggling it off.
3. Select Configure journeys to open the journey configuration page. Here you'll see the journeys available for your brand. Use the toggle next to each journey to enable or disable it. Journeys that are turned off will not generate new opportunities for your team. The following journeys are currently available with AI Opportunity Engine:

4. On the same journey configuration page, scroll to the Team Access section. Select All teams to make opportunities available to every team in your brand, or select Select teams to choose specific teams from the list. Only the teams you select will receive AI-generated opportunities.
What to expect after enabling
Once the AI Opportunity Engine is enabled and at least one journey is active, Endear's AI will begin analyzing customer behavior and surfacing opportunities to the assigned teams. Staff members will be notified of new opportunities and can review AI-drafted messages before sending.
