Overview
Every brand starts AI Opportunity Engine with a risk-free, unlimited 1-month trial. The trial gives you a full 30 days to see results before opting into paid usage.
Your 1-month trial begins the moment you activate AI Opportunity Engine for your first team
Sending is unlimited for the full 30 days
Endear notifies you 7 days before the trial ends and again on the day it ends
Upgrade to paid usage at any point during or after the trial to keep opportunities generating
If the trial ends before you upgrade, opportunities pause until you activate paid usage. You will never be charged automatically.
How the trial works
The 30 days start when you activate AI Opportunity Engine for your first team. If you add more teams later in the trial, those teams join the same trial window rather than starting their own, and the trial ends for every team on the same date.
Recommendation: Onboard your full fleet of stores during the trial. This way you can get the most accurate picture of what a typical month's usage would look like.
While the trial is active, the AI Opportunity Engine card in your settings shows how many days remain and the exact end date.
How to start your free trial of AI Opportunity Engine
1. From the main navigation, select Settings, then select Endear AI.
2. On the AI Opportunity Engine card, toggle the feature to turn it on and start your 1-month trial. Then select Save.
3. During your trial, make sure to go through the AI Opportunity Engine setup requirements detailed in this article.
Trial warnings and notifications
Endear gives you two rounds of notice so the end of your trial does not catch you off guard. Each one appears both in the product and by email to every admin at your brand.
7 days remaining – The AI Opportunity Engine card changes to a warning state showing how many days are left. You also receive an email reminding you of your end date, what happens if you do not upgrade, and the current status of your launch checklist.
Trial ended – The card turns red, new opportunities stop generating, and your staff members can no longer send the opportunities already in their queue. You receive an email confirming this along with instructions to activate paid usage.
