How to Set Up the Ometria Integration

Overview

The Ometria integration allows you to connect your Ometria marketing platform to sync customer data and insights into Endear. For more information on what data we can pull into Endear, refer to this article. To set up this integration, you will need:

  • Access to your Ometria admin account

  • Your Ometria private API key

  • Your Ometria account ID

  • Admin permissions in your platform

Step-by-Step Guide

In Ometria

  1. Log into your Ometria admin account

  2. Navigate to your API settings

  3. Generate or locate your private API key

  4. Copy and save this key securely

  5. While logged into Ometria, look at your browser's URL

  6. Your account ID is the alphanumeric string in the URL path (for example, in https://app.ometria.com/app/2a7e458a4613f466/kpis?state=%7B%7D, your account ID is 2a7e458a4613f466)

  7. Copy and save this ID

In Endear

1. Navigate to Settings in Endear

2. Select Integrations

3. Select Add New Integration

4. Use the filter or search function to find and select Ometria

5. Enter your Ometria Project ID and Ometria API Key in the corresponding fields. Select Connect to establish the integration.

Important Notes

  • Only brands with Ometria integration enabled will see this option in their integrations list. If you would like this option, reach out to your account manager or to Endear live chat.

  • Ensure your API key has the necessary permissions for data syncing

  • Contact your Ometria administrator if you need help obtaining the required credentials
