Overview
The Shopify integration automatically syncs your store data with Endear, including:
Customer profiles and marketing preferences
Orders, refunds, and product catalog
Store locations and staff information
Real-time updates as changes occur in Shopify
Requirements
Before connecting Shopify to Endear, ensure you have:
An active Shopify subscription (any plan)
An active Endear subscription (any plan)
Admin access to both platforms
Step-by-Step Guide
1. You can either start Endear or Shopify:
Start from the Shopify App Store
Start from Endear, and navigate to Settings > Integrations. Search for Shopify and select Continue. You will be taken to the Shopify App Store.
2. Select Install. Follow the prompts to authorize the connection between Shopify and Endear. Once connected, Endear will automatically begin syncing your Shopify data in real-time.

Yes, there is no limit to the number of stores you can connect. Endear will automatically merge customer profiles across stores and any other integrations.What is a Shopify store?
A Shopify store represents a single instance within Shopify. Each Shopify store has a dedicated xxx.myshopify.com domain associated with it.Does Endear affect the performance of my Shopify website?
No, Endear does not modify your website frontend at all. The integration is purely a backend data integration powered by Shopify's API and has no negative effect on your online store.Can data from Endear flow back into Shopify?
No, Endear only ingests data from Shopify. Data cannot be sent to Shopify from Endear.
