Overview

Dashboards in Endear provide centralized views of your brand or store's performance through customizable charts. Within a dashboard, Admins can add, remove, or edit the charts to create a comprehensive view of key brand metrics. Admins can create multiple dashboards to organize different types of data, track key performance indicators, and make data-driven decisions.

Dashboard Access and Permissions

  • Admins have full dashboard management capabilities across all stores in their organization. They can create, view, edit, and delete any dashboard, including store-specific dashboards and brand-wide dashboards.

  • Managers and Users can view and interact with dashboards specific to their assigned store location. They can see charts and metrics relevant to their store's performance but cannot access dashboards from other store locations or create organization-wide dashboards.

Available Chart Categories

Dashboards are made-up of charts from multiple data categories to provide comprehensive business insights:

  • Customer Communications - Track message volume, campaign performance, and conversation metrics to measure customer engagement effectiveness.

  • Staff Management - Analyze task completion, customer assignments, and team productivity to optimize operational efficiency.

  • Clienteling Activities - Measure clienteling activities including number of notes or stories created by an individual or team.

  • Customer Engagement - Measure appointment bookings and customer interaction with stories.
