  4. Use the Currency selector to choose your preferred currency or set it to Team default to dynamically change depending on the viewer.

  5. Save your chart.

Which Charts Support Multi-Currency?

Multi-currency is available in the following chart types:

  • Purchases & Purchased Items

  • Messages

  • Campaigns

  • Conversions

  • Conversations

Fields That Support Multi-Currency

Any monetary field supports multi-currency selection. Some examples of these fields include:

  • Total Value of Message Conversions (shown below)

  • Attributable Value of Message Conversions

  • Various monetary fields in the Conversions chart

How Currency Selection Works

  • By default, charts will display in your team's default currency

  • When creating a dashboard, you can select from available currencies using the dropdown

  • You can also select "Team Default" which will automatically adjust the currency based on which team is viewing the chart

Team Default Currency Behavior

When creating dashboards for teams with different currencies, utilize the Team Default value. This will dynamically change the dashboard to show values in the corresponding team's currency.

Example

  1. When viewing a chart for a London-based team, monetary values of the dashboard will appear in GBP by default

  2. The same chart, when viewed from a Boston-based team, will display in USD

  3. This automatic adjustment happens because the dashboard is set to the currency setting "Team Default"
