How can I create charts using appointment data?

Overview

  1. From the Home Page, navigate to Insights

  2. From Dashboards, select + Add Chart

  3. Select Appointments

  4. Select your desired chart settings & apply any filters as needed

  5. Select Save and add your chart to your desired dashboard.


Available Insights using Appointments Data

There is a lot you can dig into using the Appointments Chart, so here are some ideas. Set your X axis to...

  • Service type if you want to learn which services are most popular with your customers

  • Booking link if you want see which booking links result in the most appointments

  • Team if you want to analyze which stores are the busiest with appointments

  • Appointment status if you want to understand how many people confirm vs. cancel their appointments

Step-by-Step Guide

1. From Dashboards, select + Add Chart

2. Select Appointments

3. Select your desired chart settings including the type of chart, X-axis, date range, and metric. You can also apply filters to your chart to further focus your data.

4. Select Save and add your chart to your desired dashboard.
