How to track campaign performance and usage in Endear

Monitor campaign effectiveness, analyze message metrics, and review sales data through detailed reporting features.

Overview

There are two main ways to analyze your campaign performance in Endear:

  • Analyze a specific campaign: Review detailed metrics for an individual campaign, including message reach and sales performance

  • Analyze all campaigns over time: Create visual charts to compare multiple campaigns across different time periods and dimensions

For specific campaign analysis, you can easily generate reports on campaign reach (how many people received the campaign) and campaign performance (sales generated). For broader campaign analysis, you can create dashboard charts to view trends, compare teams, and assess overall campaign impact.

Analyzing a Specific Campaign

Tracking Campaign Reach (Messages Sent)

  1. Navigate to Campaigns and select your desired campaign

  2. Select the Performance tab

  3. Under "Messages sent by this campaign," select View Report

  4. Review your campaign's message reach data

    1. Optional: Add additional grouping filters to customize your view

Tracking Campaign Performance (Sales Generated)

  1. Navigate to Campaigns and select your desired campaign

  2. Select the Performance tab

  3. Under "Sales generated by this campaign" select View Report

  4. Review your campaign's sales performance data

    1. Optional: Add grouping filters or examine individual sales for detailed analysis

Analyzing Campaigns Over Time

Creating Campaign Charts in Dashboards

  1. Navigate to Dashboards

  2. Select Add Chart

  3. Select Campaigns as your data source

  4. Configure your chart to display the metrics and dimensions you want to analyze

  5. Save your chart to your dashboard for ongoing monitoring

What You Can Analyze in Campaign Charts

  • Time-based trends: View campaign performance over specific periods

  • Send methods: Analyze how campaigns were delivered to recipients (Email, SMS, WhatsApp)

  • Team performance: See which teams are sending campaigns and their effectiveness

  • Campaign types: Compare one-time campaigns versus recurring campaigns

  • Impact metrics: Assess campaign success through message replies and conversions
