Which sales get added into Insights?

Any transaction that took place within the attribution window of a message sent will be added to your Insights

Any transaction that took place through a connected integration within the attribution window of a message being sent (30 days by default) will be added to your Insights.

In other words, if a customer received a message through Endear's platform and makes a purchase either in-store or online within 30 days, the sale will be added to your Insights. 

We are always able to track sales so long as they are placed through a connected platform, like your e-commerce platform or store POS. You can also manually add a sale if a customer used a channel that's not connected that you want to record.
