Personalize bulk messages using dynamic fields

When you're reaching out to multiple clients at once, it's important that you still make your messages feel personalized. 

A great way to do that is to use dynamic fields so that certain pieces of your message are unique to your customers and their previous engagement with you. Here is a helpful video on how to take advantage of dynamic fields in your Chat module. 

Available merge fields include: 

  • A client's first and last name
  • Your client's email 
  • Their last order number and date
  • Your first and last name
  • Your company name and website
  • Your email
