The Attentive integration connects your SMS marketing platform with Endear to provide a complete view of customer communications. This integration enables you to:
View Attentive subscription statuses and recent messages directly in customer profiles
Filter audiences based on Attentive marketing subscriptions
Access all marketing events and customer subscriptions from within Endear
Prevent over-communication by suppressing customers recently contacted through Attentive
What data syncs from Attentive to Endear
When you connect Attentive to Endear, the following information imports into your platform:
Customer data: Customer profiles including contact information, email addresses, phone numbers, and identifiers
Marketing consent: SMS subscription statuses, opt-in and opt-out tracking, and communication preferences
Limited order data: Basic order information used for SMS campaign personalization

Customer profile insights
View Attentive marketing data directly within customer profiles in Endear. Each profile displays the customer's current Attentive subscription status, allowing you to understand their communication preferences before reaching out. You can also see recent messages sent by Attentive, providing valuable context about what marketing messages they've already received from your brand.
This visibility helps you personalize your outreach based on marketing engagement history and ensures you're aware of all touchpoints with each customer.
Filter audiences by marketing subscriptions
Segment your audiences effectively using Attentive subscription data. The integration allows you to filter customers based on whether they're subscribed in Attentive, enabling you to target your messages to the right people at the right time. Use these marketing subscription filtering options to create highly targeted audiences for your campaigns and ensure your outreach aligns with customer preferences.
Access marketing events and subscriptions
View all your marketing events and customer subscriptions directly from Endear without switching between platforms. Select Marketing Events from your Endear dashboard to explore and analyze your marketing activity. This centralized view provides valuable insights to refine your campaigns and drive better results across both platforms.
Prevent over-communication
Avoid message fatigue by preventing campaigns from contacting customers who have recently been reached through Attentive. When setting up campaigns in Endear, you can exclude customers who were recently contacted by Attentive using the Suppression rules feature. This helps you maintain a balanced and non-intrusive communication approach across all channels.
