Can I install multiple Shopify stores to the same Endear account? Yes, there is no limit to the number of stores you can connect & Endear will auto-merge customer profiles across stores and any other integrations.
What is a Shopify store? A Shopify store represents a single instance within Shopify. Each Shopify store will have a dedicated xxx.myshopify.com domain associated to it.
Does Endear affect the performance of my Shopify website? No, we do not modify your website frontend at all. Our integration is purely a backend data integration powered by Shopify's API and has no negative effect on your online store.
Do notes on Shopify customers get synced over automatically? No, but we can enable this field as a custom field in Endear. Please contact support for details.
