Did you just search for a customer, but they aren't coming up in your omnibar or customer search? They may have been archived.
While, we never fully "delete" a customer, you always have the ability to archive customers. We also will automatically archive a customer if they request no contact.
Begin in any Audience, we are starting in "All Customers" for this example
Click on Filter
Select Archived
Select Archive- Yes
Click Confirm, this will pull up all the customers who have been archived.
