How to find an archived customer

Applies To: All (Users, Manager and Admin)

Did you just search for a customer, but they aren't coming up in your omnibar or customer search? They may have been archived.

While, we never fully "delete" a customer, you always have the ability to archive customers. We also will automatically archive a customer if they request no contact.

  1. Begin in any Audience, we are starting in "All Customers" for this example

    Click on Filter

  2. Click on Filter

    Click on Filter

  3. Select Archived

    Select "is_hidden"
  4. Select Archive- Yes

    Click on Add filters

  5. Click Confirm, this will pull up all the customers who have been archived.

    Click on Confirm
