Applies to: Admins, Managers, and Users
You can send bulk messages or send a message to an entire audience with recipient limits based on your role:
Users: up to 10 customers per message
Managers: up to 25 customers per message
Admins: up to 50 customers per message
Endear automatically ensures customers don't receive duplicate messages and limits each customer to one bulk message within a 24-hour period.
For audiences larger than 50 customers, use an email or SMS campaign.
βNote: Campaigns are not currently available for WhatsApp.
How to bulk message multiple customers
1. Navigate to Customers and select your audience. Use the checkbox at the top of the audience to select all customers or select the specific customers using the respective checkboxes.
If you want to select all customers, after selecting all visible customers you will see the option to select all # customers. Select this option.
2. Verify the total number of customers.
3. Once all customers are selected, select the Send Message dropdown and choose your preferred channel:
Send Email - for email messages
Send SMS - for text messages
Send WhatsApp - for WhatsApp messages
Note: When you select Send WhatsApp, Endear automatically filters your audience to include only customers with phone numbers. Customers without phone numbers will be excluded from the WhatsApp message.
3. Compose and send your message. Each customer will receive their their own individual message, including personalization if you used merge tags. Learn more messaging tips here.
Important Notes
WhatsApp Messaging Considerations:
Only customers with valid phone numbers in their profile will receive WhatsApp messages
WhatsApp messages are subject to Meta's consent requirements and the 24-hour messaging window
For customers outside the 24-hour consent window, you may need to send an approved WhatsApp prompt first
