Endear has a default 24-hour autoblock to avoid overwhelming your customers with messages. This block allows your users and teams maintain focused 1:1 conversations with customers.

Here is how it works

  • You can only reach out to a customer via the same method (SMS or Email) once before the 24hr block activates.

  • Each phone number and email address is treated independently. So you can reach out via both methods in the same 24 hours.

  • If a customer replies to any message (SMS or Email), it will not impact the 24-hr block.
