Endear has a default 24-hour autoblock to avoid overwhelming your customers with messages. This block allows your users and teams maintain focused 1:1 conversations with customers.
Here is how it works
You can only reach out to a customer via the same method (SMS or Email) once before the 24hr block activates.
Each phone number and email address is treated independently. So you can reach out via both methods in the same 24 hours.
If a customer replies to any message (SMS or Email), it will not impact the 24-hr block.
