'First seen' is the first time your brand encountered the customer, even dating back before you or your company first installed Endear. For example, the day your customer first made a purchase and therefore entered into your POS's database.

'Date added' is the date the client was added into Endear.

So, if a customer's first encounter with the brand is the day they are also added to Endear, those dates will match, such as when you manually add a client into Endear.
