Understanding Booking Links
Booking links allows your customers to easily schedule appointments. They are especially helpful when you want to direct customers to book with a specific store and/or service. Booking links can be shared in email, SMS, and anywhere else your customers need.
Example Booking Links
Book a personal styling consultation with any of the store associates at the Miami store.
Book a tailoring appointment with the head seamstress at the London store.
Booking Link Set-Up Overview
Click Settings
Click Appointments
Click Booking Links
Click Add booking link
Select the Service & Owner
Customize the Booking link URL (optional)
Verify the Time zone
Select the Reply-to contact method
Click Create
Customize additional settings (optional)
1. Click on Settings
2. Click on Appointments
3. Click Booking links
4. Click Add booking link
5. Select the Service to associate with the booking link
6. Assign an owner who can edit the booking link
7. Customize the booking link URL (optional)
8. Set the Reply-To contact method. If a customer responds to the appointment, the inquiry will be sent to the selected method.
10. Click Create to save
11. You can further customize the booking link by selecting which calendars it should include.
12. Review the remaining settings to assess if you agree with the defaults of the service or want to override them with custom settings.
For example, this booking link is for a store location that validates parking for a specific garage. You can choose to add this detail to the Appointment instructions and it will be shown to the customers who use the booking link.
