What is a booking link?
A booking link is a direct URL that combines a specific service with a specific store location, allowing customers to schedule appointments with the right people at the right place. Think of it as a shortcut that takes customers straight to the exact appointment booking experience they need.
For example, if your brand offers personal styling and tailoring services across multiple locations, you can create unique booking links for each service-store combination. This means you could have one link for "personal styling at the Miami store" and another for "tailoring at the London store."
Why do I need a booking link?
Booking links streamline the appointment scheduling process by eliminating confusion and reducing friction for your customers. Instead of navigating through multiple options and potentially booking with the wrong location or service, customers see only the appointments that are relevant to them.
This targeted approach ensures customers schedule with the correct staff members, at the appropriate location, and see accurate availability. You can share these links anywhere your customers are—in emails, SMS messages, or on your website—making it easy for them to book exactly what they need with just one click.

Examples of Using Custom Booking Link Settings
A store validates parking for customers with appointments, so they added those details to the Appointment instructions.
A store has limited appointment availability so they extend the Future availability duration to give customers the option to book well in advance.
8. The final setting to verify is available hours. You can choose to follow the defaults set by the service or create custom hours for this booking link. Learn more about how availability hours work in this article.
