Learn the 3 roles at Endear and their associated permissions.

Updated over a week ago

There are 3 different role types within Endear.

Admin

Admins can see and do everything. They are responsible for setting up store locations and controlling brand settings. Admins can easily switch between locations, establish new contact methods, and access billing information. Admins can do everything a Manager or User can do. Admins will receive transactional emails from Endear including major updates or account issues.

Manager

Managers are responsible for their specific location(s). They can create their team, assign customers to various users, and review team-level reports. Managers can also do everything a User can do.

User

Users are most often the Sales Associates/Stylists. They have access to their location(s) and can use Endear to interact with customers on a day-to-day basis.

Key Differences in Role Permissions

Note: The below table is not comprehensive of all capabilities. It is intended to highlight the major differences. Additionally, role permissions may differ depending on your plan type. For example, on the Starter plan everyone is set to Admin.
