How to view a customer's order history

  1. From the Customers module, select a customer segment either created by you or shared by your team. Otherwise, you can search for a specific customer in the Search bar.

  2. Once in a customer's profile, you'll be able to see various information related to that customer. Click Orders to see the customer's order history. Included here will be the item(s) purchased, the purchase date, order number, order status and total amount spent. If your account is linked, you may also be able to click on the name of the product to view it on your e-commerce site.
