When you import new customers into Endear, you may want to also create an audience of customers just from this import. Here's how.
Solution Overview
Make note in the Finalize stage of the automatic tag that Endear generates on your import.
Once your customers are imported, you can create an audience using the tag from your import.
Once you've applied the tag filter, you can continue to filter down even further if you so choose.
Step 1. As you're importing, make note in the Finalize stage of the automatic tag that Endear generates on your import. All customers who are imported will have the tag "csv import yyyy-mm-dd". You can choose to remove this tag, or add your own, but you'll need at least one tag in order to create an audience.
Step 2. Once your customers are imported, you can create an Audience using the tag from your import. Click on the All Customers audience, then click on Filters > Tag > Is... and then search for the tag you applied to your import of customers.
Step 3. Once you've applied the tag filter, you can continue to filter down even further if you so choose. Otherwise, click Save to create your Audience. It will now appear in your Created by Me section.
