The Klaviyo integration allows you to sync customer information, marketing consent, and engagement data between Klaviyo and Endear. With OAuth authentication, connecting your Klaviyo account is simple and secure—no API keys required.
Keep reading to learn how to setup your Klaviyo integration for the first time or how to remove an existing connection.
Connecting Your Initial Klaviyo Integration
1. From the Settings page, select Integrations
2. Select Add Integration
3. Search for and select Klaviyo
4. Select Connect with Klaviyo.
5. If you're not already logged into Klaviyo, you'll be prompted to enter your Klaviyo credentials. Use the account credentials for the Klaviyo account you want to connect to Endear. Klaviyo will display the permissions that Endear is requesting to access your account. Select Allow. After authorizing, you'll be automatically redirected back to Endear. Your Klaviyo integration will now show as connected, and data synchronization will begin automatically.
Updating an existing Klaviyo Integration
If you already have a Klaviyo integration using an API key, we highly recommend you update your connection to use our new oath authentication method. This method is simpler and more secure.

Disconnecting Your Klaviyo Integration
1. To disconnect your Klaviyo integration, navigate to Settings > Integrations, select Klaviyo, and choose Disconnect Integration. This will stop all data synchronization between Klaviyo and Endear.
2. Select Disconnect to confirm your choice.
