How do I update the status of a sale?

Only admins have access to this feature

You can manually change the status of a sale within the Sales page. 

To Update the Status of a Sale:

  1. Select the order(s) you would like to change using the checkbox on the left-hand side of the row.

2. Click the More Actions drop-down menu and select a new status (Pending, Confirmed, Cancelled, Paid). 

Once you make your selection, the status of those records will update immediately. To confirm, make sure your columns are displaying each record's status.
