How do I track the performance of my templates?

How to see how your template performed in Insights

Applies to: All (Users, Managers, & Admins)

We provide a template filter for the "Messages sent through Endear" reports under Insights that will let you see template usage and performance.

How to track the usage of Templates

Solution Overview

  1. Click on Insights and Reports

  2. Go to "All Sent Messages" segment

  3. Add +Filter

  4. Select Template and Select the Template you would like to see

  5. Click Confirm
