We provide a template filter for the "Messages sent through Endear" reports under Insights that will let you see template usage and performance.
How to track the usage of Templates
Solution Overview
Click on Insights and Reports
Go to "All Sent Messages" segment
Add +Filter
Select Template and Select the Template you would like to see
Click Confirm
1. Click on Insights and then Reports
2. Click on All Sent Messages…
3. Click on +Filter
4. Select Template and Select the Template you would like to see
5. Click on Confirm
How to track the performance of templates
Solution Overview
Click on Insights and then Reports
Go to the "All Sales" segment
Add +Filter
Select By Messages
Select Message Template and Select the Template you would like to see
Click Confirm
1. Click on Insights and then Reports
2. Click on All Sales…
3. Click on +Filter
4. Click on By Messages
5. Select Message Template and Select the Template you would like to see
6. Click on Confirm
