We provide a template filter for the "Messages sent through Endear" reports under Insights that will let you see template usage and performance.
How to track the usage of Templates
Solution Overview
Click on Insights module
Go to "All Sent Messages" segment
Add Filter
Select Template
Select the Template you would like to see
Click Confirm
Step 1. Click on Insight module

Step 2. Go to "All Sent Messages" segment

Step 3. Add Filter

Step 4. Select Templates

Step 5. Select the Template you would like to see

Step 6. Click Confirm
