Sometimes a customer will have a question that is best answered by a specific individual, team, or store location. With SalesChat, you easily can transfer chats help the customer get in touch with the best person for their needs.
Overview:
Initiating a Chat Transfer
1. Click the + Under Participants on the right Details panel
2. Choose whether you'd like to transfer to a Team or User
3. Select the Team or User
4. Click on Confirm
5. View updates on the Transfer Status in the Details window under Transfer
Accepting a Chat Transfer
1. From the SalesChat inbox, click "Accept" to complete the transfer.
Initiating a Chat Transfer
1. Click the + Under Participants on the right Details panel
2. Choose whether you'd like to transfer to a Team or User
3. Select the Team or User
4. Click on Confirm
5. You can get updates on the Transfer Status in the Details window under Transfer
Receiving a Chat Transfer
When you are sent a chat via transfer, you will receive a notification similar to a new message.
Click "Accept" to begin chatting. You can easily view the chat history and continue the conversation.
