When a customer reaches out over SalesChat, you will be notified of the Incoming Chat and be prompted to claim it. By claiming the chat, you become an active participant and the owner of the chat. A chat can only have a single active participant. This helps ensure continuity of care and avoids confusion.
After claiming the chat, you also have the option to transfer the chat if a different team member is better suited for the customer's needs.
