Endear allows you to make mass imports of Attentive Subscriber data by submitting a CSV. This will allow you to submit information from Attentive to display and use in Endear for message sending. We currently allow imports related to opt-in and opt-out of email and sms.
The CSV must include the following columns:
Phone - The subscriber's phone number. Include this field to associate text message opt-ins and opt-outs with a specific user.
Email - The subscriber's email address. This is used to identify the user and to manage email communication preferences.
Opt-In Time - The date and time when the subscriber opted in to receive communications. This timestamp is crucial for tracking consent and ensuring compliance with marketing laws.
Opt-Out Time - The date and time when the subscriber opted out of communications. Recording this timestamp helps maintain an accurate record of consent withdrawal for compliance purposes.
