How do I set working hours for SalesChat availability?

Learn how to set up working hours for when the SalesChat widget is available.

Working hours set a schedule for when the SalesChat widget is shown to customers on your site.

Note: When determining to show the SalesChat widget, working hours are assessed first, followed by visibility rules. Customers who match visibility rules but are browsing the site outside of working hours will not have access to SalesChat.

Overview

1. Click "Settings", then "SalesChat"

3. Click "Working hours"

4. If you currently do not have working hours, toggle to "On"

5. Set the desired schedule

6. Click "Save"

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Navigate to "Settings" then click "SalesChat".

2. Click "Working hours".

3. Toggle Working hours to the "On" setting.

4. Customize the days and hours you want the SalesChat widget to appear on your website. During these hours, customers will have the option to chat with your team. You can use store hours or when your team will be monitoring the chat.

Note: You can further customize when SalesChat is shown through visibility rules.
