Welcome to your high level walkthrough of our recently updated Home module. Below we breakdown what each section and Quick Action card does and what information you will find there.

The Home Module is broken down into Quick Action cards for easy navigation. Each card contains key information and data that can be used to further explore the topic. Here is a breakdown of each card:

Current Location

This section provides the location name & address of the team you are actively logged into.

The Members section in your account is an easy way to quickly find users assigned to your current location.

Here you will be able to identify who has what role and easily determine if they are an admin, manager or other user. This is helpful in everyday tasks such as identifying who to contact with any issues or questions.

As a manager or Admin on our platform, you can review the details of any team you have access to. This includes reviewing the integrations and messaging defaults associated with the team.

Setup guide card

To get you started on your journey with Endear, we have put together a handy guide for setting up your account. The Setup guide card provides a guided checklist to ensure that you have all the information you need to get the most out of your Endear experience.

Send a message card

The Send a message card provides businesses with a quick and easy way to message customers without having to go through the hassle of segmenting and finding them in a list.

Add a customer card

The add a customer card allows you to quickly add a customer to your database. You can assign the customer to yourself, other teammates or schedule a follow up task specific to them.

Leave a note card

The Leave a note card quickly creates a note for yourself, a customer or segment. Notes are a great way of keeping track of customer feedback, status updates or anything else you need to come back to. Adding a note is simple: just type it in and click save

Create a task card

The Create a Task card is a great way to create organized and actionable tasks to stay productive. Tasks can be scheduled so you can easily keep track of your day-to-day activities.

My Inbox card

Welcome to the My Inbox card! This card gives you direct access to your messages inbox - a place to see any conversations you've had with your customers and any messages assigned to you

When you log in and navigate to the home page, you can locate the My Inbox card on the left side of the screen. Clicking the card will take you to your inbox, which is organized into two options - "Closed" and "Open."

My Customers card

The My Customers card, is where you can access a list of customers that have been assigned to you, enabling you to better manage relationships with clients. It enables you to stay in touch with your clients on an individual or multiple customer basis. You also have the ability to filter for certain types of customers to tailor your outreach based on customer needs.

Help center card

The Endear Help Center is a great resource for users to find the answers to many of their questions. With the help center card, users can be directed quickly and effectively to our library of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). This ensures that customers have the tools they need to better utilize Endear.
