What is a Note?

Notes let you record important customer information like preferences, interactions, or special details that help personalize service. Notes are visible to your entire team and become part of the customer's permanent activity history. This information becomes part of the customer's activity feed, making it easy for you and your team to reference important details during future interactions and provide more thoughtful, tailored service.

How can I add a note?

You can add a note directly from a customer's profile. If you want to create a note without linking to a specific customer, you can do so from the Home Page or from the Notes page.

Who can see my notes?

Notes are shared across your team and allow you to easily share important customer information with one another. From the Notes page, you can easily toggle between your notes and all notes for your team.

  1. From the customer profile page, select Note

  2. Enter your note, then select Create

  3. Click View note from the activity feed to review.

1. From a customer profile, select Note.

2. Enter your note title and description, then select Create. By creating the note from the customer profile, the note will automatically link to this customer.

  1. From the Home Page, select Leave a note

  2. Alternatively, select Customers, then Notes and Add a note.

  3. Enter your note, link a customer (optional), add relevant tags (optional), and then select Create

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. From the Home Page, select Leave a note.

2. You can also select Customers, then Notes. Then select Add note.

3. Enter your note title and description. You can choose to Link a customer or add tags. If you don't link a customer, the note will only be visible from the Notes page. If you do choose to link a customer, the note will be visible from both the customer profile and the Notes page. Then select Create.
