Your Endear contact methods work as inbound channels as well! This means anyone can write in to contact you directly over email or SMS.
When you receive an inbound email or an SMS, you can access the message they've sent you from your Messaging module in Endear. If the customer is already in your database, their messages will automatically be added to their messaging thread.
