The Klaviyo integration can export Endear messaging events—including SMS, email, and WhatsApp messages—directly to Klaviyo as marketing events.
What Gets Exported
When you send messages through Endear campaigns, the following information syncs to Klaviyo:
Message sent events for each campaign message delivered
Campaign details including campaign name and message content
Contact information (email or phone number based on channel)
Timestamps showing exactly when messages were sent
Customer profile links automatically matching recipients across both platforms
All Endear messages appear as outbound marketing events in Klaviyo customer timelines.

This integration works across all Endear communication channels: SMS, email, and WhatsApp
Historical messages sent before enabling this feature will not be exported to Klaviyo
Customer matching uses email addresses or phone numbers depending on the message channel.
Note: In the event there is no matching customer, Klaviyo will automatically create a customer profile when Endear sends a messaging event. Be aware this may impact your Klaviyo profile count and potentially affect billing based on your Klaviyo pricing tier.
