How long does it take for a new customer in Shopify to appear in Endear?

Customers added in Shopify will appear in Endear almost instantly (if there aren't any issues or delays on either side). If you notice a Shopify customer missing in Endear, please contact us at support@endearhq.com so we can look into what the issue may be.
